Provox LaryTube allows immediate post-operative use of an HME. Even if you have highly sensitive skin, e.g. during the radiotherapy period, you can use Provox LaryTube as no adhesive because required.

Optimal Seal

Provox LaryTubes are made of soft, flexible, yet sufficiently rigid silicone. The conical, anatomical shape helps to assure an optimal seal around the stoma. The Provox LaryTube helps laryngectomees with an unstable or deep stoma to achieve pulmonary protection and rehabilitation.

Available in Three Versions:

• The Fenestrated version, designed for use in combination with a voice prosthesis. Several small fenestrations (sieve) are preferred over a single large one in order to prevent locking onto and thereby accidentally dislocating the voice prosthesis.

• The Standard version, made for use without voice prosthesis or when customised fenestration is preferred.

• The Blue Ring version, to be worn with an adhesive base plate. Recommended if a cannula is only used during the night or with the Provox FreeHands HME to support the stoma seal.
