SILBRONCHO is a new 100% silicone double lumen endotracheal tube specially designed for ease of insertion and to overcome the problem of acutely angled left main-stem bronchi and/or close proximity of the left upper lobe.

SILBRONCHO is made from medical grade silicone rubber which allows for ease of insertion.

SILBRONCHO is marked with standard depth and position markers and comes with a convenient 2 in 1 swivel connector and an intubating stylet.

Wire Reinforced Bronchial Tube

Wire reinforcement of the bronchial arm allows SILBRONCHO to follow the patient’s anatomy and the tube to move within the patient without kinking or dislodging the cuff. Position can easily be determined as the wire is radiopaque.

Increased Patient Safety

The specially shaped wire reinforcement of the bronchial arm is buried within the silicone rubber allowing for safe insertion. SILBRONCHO’s soft, flexible tip reduces risk of trauma during intubation. Medical grade silicone rubber is a superior biomaterial and more resistant to puncture and tearing on teeth. SILBRONCHO’s cuff design and location allows for increased depth of placement increasing the margin of safety.
